Willingdon Beach Trail
Follow us along the Willingdon Beach Trail with the logging history of Powell River and the qathet region in mind. This tour will review a number of logging artifacts displayed along the trail. Indigenous history as well as natural history, will also be covered. A classic Powell River walk!
Make your way up Valentine Mountain meanwhile enjoying historical information on your surroundings. This walk will begin with history on Cranberry and also touch on the history of the Cranberry Cemetery. Beautiful views of the Malaspina Strait awaits you at the top, along with some short stories and information on the islands you see ahead.
